How does an iconic brand shift from selling commodity products to high-value solution selling? With the commoditization of mobile devices, the Rogers wireless leadership team saw the need to evolve from a device provider to a communications technology partner. Our challenge was to help our Rogers team better understand and deliver on sector needs and support them in ramping up growth and reducing churn for business segments.

We supported business and consumer segments for over a decade through exciting and first-of-its-kind brand, solution and product launches. The broad range of services we offered included content marketing, brand identity and value proposition design, sales training and tool creation, tech partner marketing, vertical segmentation and activation, digital lead generation and nurturing campaigns, collateral writing and design, website creation, program design and launches, junior marketing mentoring and so much more.
