– THE CHALLENGE –

University of Toronto’s OISE Continuing and Professional Learning (CPL) wanted to attract a wider audience of educators and empower staff and faculty to connect more meaningfully with learners.

– OUR APPROACH –

OISE CPL has a refreshing approach to education. They believe learning doesn’t only happen in the classroom. In sharing knowledge, engaging learners, and motivating change we are all educators. We worked with this forward-thinking team of innovators to identify new learner segments and map out the ideal learner experience. Armed with insights, we helped fine-tune the value proposition, crafted key messaging, articulated program offerings, and built an engagement plan to better serve all learners.

– RESULTS –

Our collaborative work was used as a roadmap for future engagement initiatives, marketing collateral, internal communications and digital assets.
