After learning about the essential role Building Officials play in the economy and in protecting public health and safety, we worked with the OBOA to craft our strategic marketing plan of attack. Our mission was to transform this venerable organization into a powerhouse brand. Step by step, together we revitalized the OBOA brand to reflect this smart forward-thinking group of professionals.
We started with national and internal research to uncover new talent and member needs. Our multi-year campaign focused on raising visibility for the Building Official profession and attracting new talent through a website revamp, targeted outreach (social media, PR, recruitment events), thought leadership content (white papers, videos, blog posts), and member support initiatives (mobile app, member resources).
