How does an iconic brand shift from selling commodity products to high-value solution selling? With the commoditization of mobile devices, the Rogers wireless leadership team saw the need to evolve from a device provider to a communications technology partner.  Our challenge was to help our Rogers team better understand and deliver on sector needs and support them in ramping up growth and reducing churn for business segments.
